Attentive to a whole range of products that has presented significative growth and reflects a market tendency of more overture towards new gastronomic experiences, Milaneza has created a new branch, Étnicas, ethnical pasta.
Within this new branch, our first launch was Couscous. Originating from the north of Africa, its produced from the semolina of durum-wheat which is then prepared, steam-boiled and dried. It is a product that’s well known for its versatile and quick cooking process; satisfying all tastes. You can serve it cold or hot, as a starter, a salad, a side-dish, a main course, or even dessert!
Having as a basis the success of the main product, we have now launched the Integral variation of this pasta.
Travel through the flavors of the world with Milaneza’s Couscous.
Preparation Method:
1) In a bowl, join 1 portion of Integral Couscous (60g per person) with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Add 1 portion of boiling water with salt.
2) Cover the pot, let it rest, hydrate and grow for 5 minutes. Stir with a fork until you obtain an homogeneous mix of the grain.
3) Optional; if you’d like, enrich the dish with a butter nut, and serve it.
